TOURNAMENT INFO

The Ogden Rescue Mission Charity Golf Tournament was started by Burke Larsen and George Squires in 2001. They wanted to give back to the community that had given them so much over the years. It turns out that there was a great need for funding at the rescue mission. Director of the ORM, Gary Dowd had been very grateful for all of the support that has been given for this tournament. The funds are much needed and very appreciated.

This year Tyler Quigley and George Squires with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network are taking on the challenge of organizing the event. Last year we raised $24,500 and this year we have a goal to raise $30,000 for the Ogden Rescue Mission.

The tournament is at Wolf Creek Golf Course in Eden, Utah on Friday September 5th. The format will be an 18 hole 4 person scramble. We will have a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. Plan on another great lunch this year also. We have changed the way the donated prizes will be given out. We will have the drawings during golf and each prize or prize pack will have a name on it when the players return from lunch. During lunch we will draw for the big prizes and award the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams as well as the contest hole prizes. We will again have a silent auction with many high quality fun items to bid on.
